As Managing Director my primary responsibility is to ensure all our customers receive an exceptional experience when working with us. I directly work with our clients on our People Plan – getting the people strategy right to support profit and growth in their businesses. What I love about being part of the Quest family is that I am surrounded by exceptional people who are all as passionate as I am about all things people related.

I am Yvonne, and I am one of the Client Administrators here at Quest. My role is to support the HR Consultants with administrative tasks such as new starter packs, obtaining references and marking people as leavers. As we deal with clients of all sizes, there is always a variety of tasks to complete every day. Everyone in the team has the same work ethic which makes it a very positive and enjoyable place to work.
