Disciplinary Process - how to use this process effectively and conduct hearings

Absence Management - differentiating how to manage short / adhoc absence v's long term cases

Performance Review - using appraisal systems or regular 121s to improve employee performance

Grievance Process - how to use this process and conduct investigations and hearings

Recruitment - planning your recruitment from designing the job right through to effective interview techniques

Overall HR Introduction - ideal for new Managers to give an insight into the key elements of managing people

 

We are able to deliver these on your premises if you have 6 or more employees or you may send employees on a shared course at our premises.

Workshops are priced at £65 + VAT per delegate for clients, or £95 + VAT per delegate for non-clients.
