Our service contracts are all 12 month packages, we don't believe in tying you in for lengthy periods as we understand that businesses change and so do your needs.

You must subscribe to our HR Software service to benefit from this service as this allows us to access, update and maintain employee records on your behalf.
We will ensure that:
- New Starters have an Offer Letter and Contract issued directly from us on your behalf through our electronic signature system meaning you get a much faster acceptance.
- Issue of forms such as medical questionnaires which are reviewed by our experts and any issues reported to your Managers.
- Confirmation of changes to employment such as probationary period passes or extensions, changes to salary or roles etc...
- Audit on a quarterly basis of your HR software system to track which employees have read and acknowledged the policies or notices required and this is fedback to your Managers to ensure time is allocated for this.

Telephone & Email Support
|
Access to telephone and email advice as needed to address to day to day issues that may arise within your business.
This provides you with the help needed for any reactive issues in your business which could include sickness, performance issues, conduct issues, cut backs and redundancies etc....
Should our advice require you to issue any letters or documents then these are provided as part of this service. Should you have also subscribed to our HR Administration service then any documentation would be issued directly to your employees on your behalf.
There is unlimited access to this service within our reasonable use policy.

- Email any non-urgent queries for a response within 1 working day.

Enhanced Support
|
Enhanced Support offers a more comprehensive level of guidance and advice relating to all employment and performance matters within your business. This support may be provided remotely or on site.
This level of support is a step up from the Telephone Advice Line where you will receive advice and guidance but handle the issues yourself. With this level of service you may choose for us to deal with the issues for you or be present to support you in meetings. Also this service gives you access to our expertise for the more proactive or planned HR tasks within your business.
The range of topics included in this service covers (but may not be limited to):
- Handling disciplinary investigations
- Attending or running disciplinary hearing
- Attending or running disciplinary appeal hearings
- Handling grievance investigations
