As part of Fast Forward, we collated a list of topics for our Ask the Expert sessions. ATE's to help owners and directors over the next six months as we look ahead to the this pinnacle time. We start with an area at the top of people's minds, restructuring the business. 

Building a stronger team - how to restructure and plan for success post COVID-19

Many businesses have taken recent events as an opportunity to take stock and reassess what they actually need to move their business forward successfully which has resulted in lots of discussions around restructuring and how to plan and implement these types of changes.

As a HR Director I have worked with many businesses to shape a new future for them and I am delighted to welcome Charly Melia to join me on our next Ask the Expert session on 21st July at 8.30 – 9.30am.

Charly Melia, Managing Director of Integrated Recruitment joins us this week as part of our focus on restructuring businesses as we head out of lockdown. Charly will bring her 17 years’ experience in implementing and managing recruitment strategies for businesses as we look at how to build stronger teams, equipped for the opportunities that lie ahead.

We will look at:

  • How to reassess what your business really needs in terms or roles / people / structure
  • How to recruit from within and utilise talent you already have
  • How to handle redundancy selection interviews with existing employees
  • The best way to plan recruitment post COVID-19
