Contracts of Employment

Employees must receive a written statement of their terms and conditions of employment within two months of starting work.

Although a written statement is the minimum legal requirement, this provides little clarity or protection for you as an employer or your employee.

We offer cost effective template contracts of employment for a one off cost which can be used for all employees within your business or alternatively if your requirements are more complex we will draft a bespoke agreement for you as required.

All our template contracts are priced at £195 + VAT and can be used for any working environment for part or full time workers.

Self Employed Agreements / Sub Contractor Agreements

Not all workers within businesses are employees, many companies now used self employed contractors or sub contractors to effectively manage their resources.

If this applies to your business then you should also ensure that there is a clear agreement in place which sets out the responsibilities, liabilities and costs of your agreement and more importantly this protects the relationship with your own customers.

You can puchase policies on an individual basis from us from £35 + VAT or a complete handbook as required. The prices for handbooks are based on the number of policies required and range from£395 + VAT, installment plans are available on purchases over £500.
