Contracts of employment

Every employee is entitled by law to a written statement of their terms and conditions of work within two months of starting their role. This is a minimum requirement, however, and it gives neither you, the employer, or your employee the clarity or protection you each need. We can supply a re-usable template contract suitable for most part- or full-time employees at a one-off cost of just £99 + VAT. Alternatively, we can prepare bespoke contracts to suit more complex situations.  

Self-employed and sub-contractor agreements

We offer a range of template contracts suitable for organisations using sub-contractors or self-employed workers. These re-usable templates cost £195 + VAT each.

Company handbooks

A well-crafted company handbook is an invaluable resource. It makes your company procedures, policies, guidelines and expectations crystal clear, helping to prevent costly tribunals and penalties should employees make a claim against you.

We will tailor your company handbook for your own unique business. Depending on your particular needs, it’ll include a variety of policies and topics such as data protection, staff development, company cars or driving, grievance procedures, maternity/paternity leave, sickness and absence, alcohol, lone workers and a host of other options.
