About Lynn

Born and bred in Kent, I have spent 20 years in West Yorkshire so am almost an honorary Yorkshire (wo)man.  Married for 23 years, I have two daughters at High School.  I am a keen golfer when time permits and enjoy a range of sporting activities including swimming, climbing and cycling.  I do not claim to be good at any of them, but at least they keep me fit!  Less strenuous pursuits include the theatre and eating out.   I studied languages after leaving school so I am fairly fluent in French and German with a bit of Spanish thrown in.

Previous employment / industry experience

Lynn is a CIPD qualified HR professional who has worked at a senior level in multi national organisations.  As well as extensive HR expertise, Lynn has substantial operational management experience gained through a variety of roles including sales, marketing, strategy development and business unit management.  As a result, she understands the conflicting pressures on business managers and the need for practical, business focused HR support.

Lynn’s experience covers a range of business sectors including financial services, insurance, estate agency, manufacturing and the automotive sector.
