Previous Employment / industry experience

Several years of HR Management experience, most recently in Professional Services (Legal firms) but also experience of working in public sector organisations and a large multi-national corporation.

Good knowledge of all aspects of HR Management and employee relations.

A good understanding of the commercial aspects of business and experience of developing Office Manuals covering operational as well as employment policies and procedures to ensure that firms comply with employment legislation and industry codes of practice.

Experience of developing and delivering group training courses and conducting training needs analysis.
