Our roots

Quest Consulting has been trading since 2004 and was set up by current Director Sarah Barker initially providing recruitment and then Human Resource consultancy services. In 2008 we added Health & Safety to our portfolio by working in partnership with regional Health & Safety Consultants and at this stage the recruitment agency arm of the business was sold in order to focus on purely the development of outsourced services.

Our aim is to be the recognized authority on Health & Safety and Human Resources in the region and through our franchised network we are starting to provide a wider national coverage.

All our consultants are recognised professionals in their field and within our network we have access to specialist support and advice when required.

As an organisation we invest heavily in the continuing professional development of our consultants to ensure our customer receive the most up to date information and also to ensure our consultants have the required skills to add value to our clients businesses. This may take the form of professional qualifications, ongoing training and even pro bono work.

Quest Consulting has quickly built a reputation of offer affordable and reasonable services to meet the needs of our customers, the small – medium businesses. Much of our work is generated from referrals because of this and we are always happy to provide customer references / testimonials.
